You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Please bear in mind that we are unable to process returns or exchanges for items received beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

For a return or exchange to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by all original tags. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, damaged, or exhibit signs of wear.

The following items are deemed non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  1. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly adhere to the following steps:

a. Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
b. Our customer service team will furnish you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
c. Ensure your item is securely packaged, inclusive of the original packaging, tags, and any accompanying items or documentation.
d. Clearly display the RMA number on the package and affix the provided return shipping label, if applicable.
e. Dispatch the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in processing your order.

  1. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, with the credited amount reflecting on your original method of payment.

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the exchange process outlined in section 3. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will initiate the exchange process and dispatch the new item to you. Please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply.
